Professional
Over my 20-ish years of designing, I've worked at agencies, freelance, and in-house. As a freelancer, I've helped other agencies with their overflow design work. This has included pitch and concept design, as well as production design on websites and apps.

I am open to all sorts of opportunities.

I'm very familiar with working with different processes, requirements, and timelines.I love designing user-friendly interfaces that solve problems and I take great pride in my work.

Branding
Sometimes a project doesn't have a starting point. I can help work on logo design, typography, color and the larger overall brand.
Wireframing
Setting up how the site will work before jumping into visuals is very important. I can build low and high-fidelity wires to help get alignment before we jump into visual design.
Visual
I don't necessarily believe in pixel perfect design anymore because of all the different screen sizes these days. What I do believe in is creating the most visually appealing interfaces that bring delight and achieve the goals set out for the project.
Interactions and Animation
Seeing how a site will work is very important to stakeholders and developers. I can help create animations and transitions that help improve usability.

I was born and raised in Northwest Indiana.

I'm a big fan of US Soccer, Notre Dame, and the Chicago Cubs (well, Chicago sports in general).

Soccer is my favorite sport to play, but my body is starting to tell me it's time to stop.

I love snowboarding, but I basically just cruise groomers.
